These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website riappmedit.yachts and the laundry, dry cleaning and related services offered by Raua Pesula in Tartu, Estonia. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide laundry (wash, dry, iron and pack), dry cleaning, carpet and home textile cleaning, and related garment care. Service descriptions and indicative prices are published on our price list. Final pricing may depend on garment type, condition, size and any special treatment required.

3. Orders and drop-off

When you leave garments or textiles with us, you confirm that you are authorised to submit them for cleaning. Please inform us of stains, damage, fragile trims, or special care instructions at drop-off. We may decline items we cannot safely process.

4. Home textiles

Home textiles (including rugs, curtains, bedding and similar items) are cleaned at the customer’s own risk. Pre-existing wear, colour bleeding, shrinkage or fibre weakness may become more visible after cleaning. We will take reasonable care but cannot guarantee outcomes for every textile.

5. Collection and unclaimed items

Please collect finished orders within a reasonable time after notification. Items left unclaimed for an extended period may incur storage charges or, after prior notice where practicable, be disposed of in accordance with Estonian law.

6. Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the shop (typically on collection unless otherwise arranged). Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

7. Liability

We take professional care with every order. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent permitted by Estonian law and, where applicable, to the reasonable value of the item relative to age and condition. We are not liable for consequential losses or for damage arising from undeclared defects, incorrect care labels, or customer instructions that conflict with fabric requirements.

8. Website

Website content is provided for general information. We may update prices, opening hours and service descriptions without prior notice. Online contact forms are for enquiries and do not automatically create a binding service contract until confirmed by us.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in line with the GDPR and Estonian law, under the supervision of Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
